Senior Data Analyst (E-commerce)

Location: Remote globally (Work From Anywhere policy), with optional office work in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Warsaw.

Salary: €4,000–€5,200 gross/month (for Lithuanian market, may vary by location and experience).

What you will do

• Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analysis based on stakeholder needs and requirements.
• Build informative dashboards in Tableau/Looker.
• Improve data quality by identifying gaps in data and tracking.
• Evaluate the performance of experiments run within the customer lifecycle area of business.
• Lead weekly squad meetings and present up-to-date performance insights.
• Contribute to designing data structures for reporting activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical role with experience analyzing data in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing.
• Intermediate/Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with agile ways of working (Jira sprints, tickets, story points).
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about marketing communications tools like Iterable/Braze data processing.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with performing analysis using Python/Jupyter.
• Experience with or willingness to learn about building and managing data models in DBT.
• Experience within the GCP environment.
