What you will do

• Support management and administration of data governance, AI policy, data privacy, and approval processes.
• Manage compliance and business controls inventory and related assessments.
• Analyze business processes to identify risks and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, technology, operations, and product teams to support governance and risk management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Heredia, Costa Rica
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or related field.
• Experience in business analytics, governance, or risk management.
• Technical skills including AWS, SQL, Excel, Jira, and familiarity with AI and databases.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process management skills.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Asana.
