TL;DR

Salary: $190,000 OTE (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through self-sourced and SDR-supported leads.
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid-market accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to align solutions with customer business challenges.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams for smooth hand-offs.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Canada, or the USA.
  • 2+ years experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales with mid-market accounts.
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar consultative sales methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience handling deals under $50,000 ACV.
  • Balance of inbound and self-sourced lead generation.
