What you will do
- Manage customer implementations of hirify.global and ensure high adoption.
- Navigate multiple departments to expand use cases and business value of hirify.global.
- Deliver presentations and trainings, and provide recommendations on best practices.
- Lead the development of the hirify.global community through thought leadership and events.
- Develop deep product expertise and work closely with the product team on vision and roadmap.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a software/SaaS company.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a high-volume of accounts, driving customer adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.
- Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement.
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
Nice to have
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Proven track record of building strong C-level executive relationships.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience.
- Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, and provide reporting/dashboards.
