What you will do

• Build and enhance features across hirify.global's product surfaces for a global customer base
• Design frontend architecture and principles for the Internationalization platform ensuring scalability and reliability
• Solve complex technical challenges related to internationalizing core product offerings
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver impactful product experiences
• Mentor engineers at varying levels to promote growth and a culture of innovation
• Communicate technical complexities effectively with stakeholders across disciplines

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Dublin office 3 days per week
• 6+ years of frontend software engineering experience with modern web technologies like React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices including testing, performance optimization, and maintainable architecture
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering inclusive team culture
• Proven track record delivering scalable and performant frontend solutions
• Experience in internationalization, localization, and translations
