What you will do

• Understand customer AI workloads, technical requirements, and scaling needs.
• Design tailored GPU infrastructure solutions including capacity planning, cluster design, networking, and performance optimization.
• Provide architectural guidance across compute, networking, storage, and deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer solutions align with hirify.global standards.
• Support onboarding, proof-of-concept projects, and GPU cluster deployments.
• Troubleshoot architecture-level challenges and recommend best practices for performance and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years in solution architecture, cloud architecture, systems engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of GPU compute, HPS, AI/ML workloads, and high-performance infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking (L2/L3, InfiniBand, RoCE), storage systems, and distributed compute patterns.
• Experience designing or supporting GPU infrastructure clusters.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems, containers, orchestration tools, or ML frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU cluster management or high-density compute environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools, or performance profiling for AI workloads.
