What you will do

  • Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures.
  • Understand application functionality and technical aspects.
  • Maintain accurate issue logs and prepare timely reports.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to support dealership clients.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
  • 5+ years experience in application or customer support engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose application issues and learn employer-specific software.
  • Readiness for rotational shifts.
  • Preferred experience in Fixed Operations automotive environment and knowledge of IoT, APIs, SQL, MongoDB.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
