What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting chatbot and workflow features
• Integrate Gemini API for natural-language understanding, document analysis, and agent-specific reasoning
• Build a clean, responsive chat-style UI with streaming responses and message history
• Implement UI components for file uploads, policy lookups, and agent workflows
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced Agile/SCRUM environment

Requirements

• Location: Based in Lithuania or Poland with hybrid or remote work model
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong experience with Python web frameworks such as Fast API and Litestar
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React or Angular
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
