What you will do

• Own and resolve customer issues reported by dealership clients
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system and application problems
• Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures
• Understand applications both functionally and technically
• Log issues accurately and prepare timely reports
• Manage multiple open issues simultaneously

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cincinnati, Ohio (onsite role)
• 4+ years experience as an Application Support Engineer
• Experience in CRM within an automotive environment preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, APIs, and basic network configuration desired
• Visa sponsorship is not available
