What you will do

• Facilitate decision-making processes that lead to sustainable long-term product development.
• Conduct A/B tests and offline testing of new algorithms.
• Interpret results, formulate conclusions, and new hypotheses.
• Analyze game economy, balance, and player behavior.
• Predict the impact of changes on player retention, churn, and resource balance across different player segments.

Requirements

• Degree from a technical university, coupled with strong mathematical skills (probability theory and applied statistics).
• Experience in a large technical or retail company with visible professional growth results.
• Experience in A/B testing, data analysis, product/marketing analytics.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and Python.
• Business orientation, ability to find practical solutions within time constraints, and a proactive stance.
