What you will do
- Stay up-to-date on AI industry trends and hirify.global product offerings.
- Build pipeline of potential clients and actively seek high-value sales opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and demos, adapting a consultative sales approach.
- Negotiate and close deals, navigating high-value contracts and long sales cycles.
- Maintain relationships with onboarded customers for upsell opportunities and issue resolution.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, generating your own pipeline.
- Experience in selling cloud-based and software solutions.
- Ability to manage sales with diverse buyer groups.
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
