What you will do

  • Stay up-to-date on AI industry trends and hirify.global product offerings.
  • Build pipeline of potential clients and actively seek high-value sales opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations and demos, adapting a consultative sales approach.
  • Negotiate and close deals, navigating high-value contracts and long sales cycles.
  • Maintain relationships with onboarded customers for upsell opportunities and issue resolution.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, generating your own pipeline.
  • Experience in selling cloud-based and software solutions.
  • Ability to manage sales with diverse buyer groups.
  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
