Location: Must be based anywhere in the UK or within GMT +/-2 hours time zone.

What you will do

• Define and champion the brand’s visual direction across all channels.
• Mentor, support, and manage junior designers as your team develops.
• Provide hands-on design and creative direction, feedback, and quality assurance.
• Oversee creation of standout assets for campaigns, lifecycle comms, and internal initiatives.
• Evolve and manage visual identity and design systems for clarity and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure design meets business goals.

Requirements

• Able to balance hands-on execution with growing responsibilities in direction, feedback, and team development.
• Detail-focused visual designer with strong conceptual thinking and deep expertise in layout, typography, colour, and digital composition.
• Highly skilled in performance-led marketing design (paid media, social, email, landing pages).
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
• Experienced in developing AI-driven creative workflows for ideation, imagery, and video.
• Experience in UI design and good working knowledge of UI design principles.

Nice to have

• High proficiency in no-code web development (Webflow).
• High proficiency in motion design (Rive, After Effects).
