What you will do
- Design and build the ‘Manage’ part of the product, focusing on Absence Management functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the roadmap and product strategy.
- Verify market requirements to add value for specific verticals and markets.
- Solve customer needs through user interviews, data analysis, and iterative hypothesis testing.
- Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with product vision and business goals.
- Utilize the latest AI technologies to enhance your work processes.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in an early stage of a product with a focus on customer problems and MVP scoping.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- High capability of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, and creative mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM), absence management, or HR systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
