What you will do

• Lead foundational and strategic research to guide product direction and support business goals.
• Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product roadmaps.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align research planning, priorities, and timelines.
• Mentor junior researchers and enable cross-functional colleagues in high-quality research.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and momentum.
• Produce compelling deliverables and presentations that influence decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX research, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project workloads.
• Skilled at aligning research with business goals and demonstrating ROI.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience guiding and mentoring other researchers.
• Background in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, UserInterviews, Prolific, Maze, and SurveyMonkey.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices.

• Advanced statistical analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience working with highly technical or specialised product domains.
