What you will do
- Lead foundational and strategic research to guide product direction and support business goals.
- Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product roadmaps.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align research planning, priorities, and timelines.
- Mentor junior researchers and enable cross-functional colleagues in high-quality research.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and momentum.
- Produce compelling deliverables and presentations that influence decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX research, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project workloads.
- Skilled at aligning research with business goals and demonstrating ROI.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience guiding and mentoring other researchers.
- Background in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, UserInterviews, Prolific, Maze, and SurveyMonkey.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices.

- Advanced statistical analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Experience working with highly technical or specialised product domains.
