What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain new features for the Product Catalogue using Golang.
• Optimize database structures and manage data integrity with Google Spanner.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and define service specifications.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of backend services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and analytics using DataDog.
• Automate deployment processes and manage infrastructure as code with CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid work format)
• Strong experience in Golang and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with database design and SQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to use Python daily.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of message brokers and event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of security best practices in API integrations.
• Experience with API monitoring tools like DataDog.
