TL;DR

Account Executive II (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Managing a defined sales territory and responsible for delivering against quota goals by identifying, generating, qualifying, and closing new business for customers and prospects. Focus on managing the full sales lifecycle, building go-to-market plans, and acting as an advisor to prospects to understand their needs.

Location: Remote from the United States, specifically Virginia, with flexibility to travel to the DC area for customer meetings, partner engagements, and collaboration.

What you will do

  • Develop new and existing accounts within a defined territory.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through proactive prospecting.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Act as an advisor to prospects and document their business and IT strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years customer-facing sales experience with security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT-related software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a heavy emphasis on telephone-based activity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Ability to find and uncover new opportunities with prospects and existing business, including cold calling.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
