Salary: €132,000 - €198,000 per year

What you will do

• Design integration experiences prioritizing end-user simplicity and developer experience.
• Recruit and build a diverse, high-performing engineering team from zero.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to align charter and expand ownership.
• Build full-stack solutions including backend services and dashboard interfaces.
• Engage with users to translate business needs into concrete solutions.
• Lead engineering processes and mentor the team to deliver innovative user-facing solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (onsite)
• 5+ years engineering management experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
• 10+ years full-time software development experience with full-stack background.
• Experience building and scaling teams from zero and working across geographies.
• Strong technical proficiency in modern web technologies, architecture, and product design.
• Experience shipping and maintaining critical user-facing products.
