C&B Lead
Emerging Travel Group
📍 Remote (Europe Time Zones) - GMT-3 to GMT+4
Emerging Travel Group is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Lead to take full functional and strategic ownership of Total Rewards and build scalable processes across a fast-growing global organization.
What you will do
— Lead, design, and continuously improve compensation, bonus, and benefits policies
— Build or re-engineer Total Rewards processes from scratch across multiple countries
— Oversee workforce cost planning, budgeting, and risk analysis
— Conduct compensation analytics, benchmarking, and prepare strategic recommendations for executives
— Implement LTI programs and localize recognition, wellbeing, and non-monetary rewards
— Drive automation of all key C&B processes via HRIS, integrations, and dashboards
— Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing C&B team
— Partner closely with HRBPs, HR Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and consistency
What you need
— 5+ years in Total Rewards / C&B within international organizations
— Proven experience building C&B functions from the ground up
— Experience leading global compensation projects in 5+ jurisdictions
— Strong leadership and team development experience
— Deep expertise across budgeting, LTI, bonuses, benefits, and recognition systems
— Skilled in automation (HRIS, system integrations, dashboards)
— Advanced Excel + Power BI / Tableau
— Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence executive leadership
— Fluent English (C1+)
