🧷Position: Technical Documentation & Release Notes Specialist
📍Location: Limassol | Office-based with flexibility

🧩Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Integration Knowledge Base and Integration Catalog as the single source of truth
- Create and update documentation templates, standards, and structure
- Collaborate with Engineering, PMO, Support, and QA to collect and validate content
- Keep documentation up to date after releases; run periodic audits
- Own the release notes process: gather changes, draft notes, coordinate approvals, and publish
- Maintain a searchable release archive with clear tagging and structure
🗒Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in technical/product documentation or release communications (fintech/SaaS a plus)
- Ability to understand and document API-based systems (REST/JSON), webhooks, configuration fields
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple docs simultaneously
- Experience with documentation tools (Confluence/Notion/GitBook) and trackers (Asana/Jira)
- Excellent written English (Russian is a strong plus)
- Ability to write clear, structured guides for technical and non-technical users
