TL;DR

Location: Poznań, Poland / Warsaw, Poland. The role requires some traveling for B2B events, business client meetings, or marketing asset production.

What you will do

  • Set and execute the B2B communication strategy for all seller segments, covering brand management, sales activations, events, social media, PR, ATL, content, CRM, and performance marketing.
  • Monitor B2B brand equity, CPV, and other important brand loyalty & satisfaction KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the PL RE Leadership Team and share know-how with other customer units and European markets.
  • Work with internal Sales, GTM, Data, Product teams, and marketing colleagues.
  • Travel as needed for B2B events, client meetings, or marketing asset production.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is a must-have for internal communication with foreign counterparts.
  • Proven senior B2B marketing experience, working with business partners and corporate clients.
  • Experience in setting comprehensive B2B communication strategies across various channels.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators for brand loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel for business events and meetings.
