TL;DR

React Native Developer (Fintech): Building and optimizing complex mobile applications for a financial operating system with an accent on mobile development best practices, CI/CD, and software architecture. Focus on scaling the hirify.global application from thousands to millions of customers and contributing to cross-team initiatives.

Location: Remote from anywhere in Europe. If based in France, can work from the office in Paris.

What you will do

  • Participate in the discovery phase of projects with product managers and mobile designers.
  • Design, build, test, and release features to production.
  • Support customers by monitoring and fixing issues in production.
  • Improve mobile developer experience, CI/CD, and best practices.
  • Scale the hirify.global application to millions of customers.
  • Take ownership and gain responsibilities on features and projects.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience with React or React Native.
  • At least 3 years of commercial experience with mobile development.
  • Strong experience building complex mobile apps in a context of scale.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to prioritize well.
  • Fluent in English (C1).
