What you will do

• Deliver and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns across various digital and offline channels, including paid social, PPC, YouTube, affiliates, OOH, radio, VOD, CTV, and TV.
• Test, analyze, and scale new channels and tactics to maximize ROI and member growth.
• Support national and local marketing initiatives, including new site openings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure integrated, high-impact campaigns.
• Track, measure, and report on performance using analytics dashboards and BI tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in acquisition or performance marketing within a fast-paced D2C environment.
• Hands-on experience across at least two core channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube/Display, Programmatic or Affiliates) with a preference for Paid Social.
• Strong analytical ability with confidence using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel.
• A trading mindset with proven ability to meet weekly/monthly acquisition targets.
• Collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Must have the correct UK right to work.
