What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications for enhancements and new products.
• Collaborate with teams across hirify.global to design and engineer product and service areas.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet customer expectations, quality, security, and scalability requirements.
• Help establish effective and agile engineering practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, then devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Plan feature development, design system components, and build the engineering roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of coding experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS.
• Ability to build a large frontend architecture that scales well.
• Strong knowledge of browser APIs and performance.
• Ability to promptly transform functional/UX requirements into a working product with accessibility.
• Mentor junior members through code reviews, pair programming, and feedback.
• A grasp of LLM technologies.
