What you will do

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of HTML-based monetization integration flows and tools.
• Drive modernization, refactoring, and performance improvements across codebases.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices for integration development.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and platform teams to deliver reliable monetization integrations.
• Own production issues and guide incident management and systemic improvements.
• Mentor and guide engineers to support growth and sound technical judgment.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Baku, Azerbaijan
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong web technology expertise.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or leading engineers through complex systems.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building developer-oriented integration guides, templates, or SDKs.
• Familiarity with PHP or Go environments.
• Scrum/Kanban experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client-side performance optimization and observability tools.
• Experience in monetization, payments, or game-related economic systems.
