What you will do

Manage and maintain critical IT SaaS systems including Okta, Gsuite, Prisma Access, Kandji, Intune.
Ensure reliable network access and efficient SaaS integration.
Lead and participate in infrastructure projects.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex IT issues.
Mentor junior system administrators.
Integrate AI and automation solutions to enhance system performance.
Utilize AWS and cloud services to optimize infrastructure.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in Herzliya, Israel
3+ years experience in system/infra administration with enterprise applications focus.
Strong expertise in managing core applications like Okta, GSuite, Slack, Zoom.
Basic networking knowledge including VPN, DNS, firewall configurations.
Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint security management.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, iPaaS platforms).
