TL;DR

Business Data Analyst Trainee: Supporting the Data & Insights team in transforming data into meaningful business insights and assisting in analysing contextual product performance. Focus on building tools and dashboards for data-driven decision-making and automating internal processes to increase efficiency.

Location: SP - Madrid (Hybrid)

What you will do

Support the Data & Insights team in transforming data into meaningful business insights.
Assist in analysing hirify.global’s Contextual products and internal processes performance.
Help build tools and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
Automate internal processes to increase team efficiency.
Gain exposure to the adTech ecosystem and develop business acumen.
Collaborate with experienced analysts and actively participate in team discussions.

Requirements

Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and technology.
Basic knowledge of SQL and a willingness to develop technical skills.
Some academic or personal experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or Excel/Google Sheets.
Curiosity about data visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
A good level of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Experience with academic or personal projects involving data analysis or reporting.
Online courses or certifications in SQL, data analytics, or visualisation.
Understanding of basic business KPIs or performance metrics.
