What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network problems.
- Utilize available tools during the diagnosing and execution stages of incidents and service requests.
- Route incidents and service requests that require reassignment to other service teams or third-party suppliers.
- Track and retain ownership of incidents and service requests to ensure service levels are met and resolution is achieved quickly.
- Continually observe a security-aware approach.
Requirements
- Experience with Desktop Products (MS and MacOS Operating Systems, Office Products).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Core server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, MS SCCM, and MS Intune).
- Experience with General Network Troubleshooting.
- Professional working proficiency in English required.
Nice to have
- Tertiary Education and/or a bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science.
- ITIL certification (current).
- Experience on traditional On-Prem infrastructure, including servers and storage components.
- Experience on infrastructure including Cloud Services (especially AWS and Azure).
- Automation, Security, Configuration, and Version Management skills.
- Coding Experience and Scripting Skills (C#, Python, PowerShell, Node JS).
- Vendor-specific certifications (AWS, Microsoft, VMWare).
