What you will do

• Create high-impact advertising copy and campaign concepts grounded in performance results.
• Take self-driven ownership of complex, multi-channel copy projects.
• Design, test, and refine AI-driven tools (e.g., Custom GPTs) and champion their rollout.
• Translate campaign objectives, brand strategy, and market insights into persuasive messaging.
• Leverage existing performance data and A/B test results to strengthen copy.
• Mentor junior writers and collaborate as the go-to copy expert with various teams.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on copywriting experience with a track record in advertising, digital, CRM, and cross-channel consumer brand environments.
• Exceptional ability to translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling storytelling and adaptable content.
• Experience with AI-powered copy/automation tools (e.g., prompt design, Custom GPTs).
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Confident collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior talent.
• Fluent English required.
