What you will do
- Design and optimize automated communication flows across client lifecycle stages.
- Develop onboarding and welcome journeys via email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Implement reactivation campaigns and hidden flows for different client stages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve funnel conversion and reactivation effectiveness.
- Perform post-campaign analysis, build dashboards, and automate reporting and trigger logic.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Content/Design teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
- Proven experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong understanding of event-driven logic, segmentation, and automation systems (Smartico, FastTrack).
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
