Solutions Engineer (Arabic Speaking)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Arabic Speaking): Supporting the sales team in pre-sales demos, post-sales customer support, and integrations for an educational platform with an accent on promoting and marketing Constructor Platform solutions to prospects. Focus on creating tailor-made demos, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Place of work: APAC. Remote work in locations without our offices is possible. Hybrid work is available in locations with offices (Sofia, Belgrade).

What you will do

• Support the sales team with promotion, marketing, and demonstrations of Constructor Platform solutions.
• Engage with prospects, customers, and partners through live interactions, meetings, and discussions.
• Create tailor-made demos, scripts, and scenarios to enhance sales efforts.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly, empowering them as proficient users.
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Product Managers, Dev-ops, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and participate in support team meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Solutions Engineer position.
• Scientific Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or Engineering/software development background a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Desired skills include Python, Docker, package managers, ML algorithms, HTML, TEX knowledge, basic Rest API, and bash.
