What you will do

• Act as the primary relationship owner for Solutions Partners, assessing capabilities and resources.
• Lead the onboarding and certification programs for new implementation partners.
• Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with methodology, quality, and timelines.
• Monitor the portfolio of partner-led projects, identifying cross-sell opportunities and tracking risks.
• Manage quality assurance, performance reviews, and partner tiering.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, Training).

Requirements

• 4–8 years in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance.
• Experience with implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of software/IT implementation processes (integration, configuration, change management, UAT, go-live).
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, digital content platforms, or enterprise open source software.
• Knowledge of partner governance tools, PMO frameworks, and QA processes.
• English: C1+ required.
