What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
• Partner with data engineers and IT teams to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Conduct complex data analyses using SQL and Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation and standardisation of performance reporting processes across countries and functions.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proven track record with Power BI and SQL in analytical and reporting contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, report development, publishing).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation and excellent Excel capabilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with operational or laboratory data in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience working in international and multifunctional environments.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualisation best practices.
