AI Manager (Product Management): Develop and implement company-wide AI strategy, optimize Microsoft Copilot usage, and lead AI projects with an accent on business-technology interface and responsible AI use. Focus on identifying AI use cases, training employees, and ensuring compliance and data protection.

What you will do

Develop and implement a company-wide AI strategy
Identify AI use cases and potentials along the value chain
Introduce and optimize Microsoft Copilot in various business areas
Create training content and conduct employee training
Accompany AI projects from idea to implementation
Ensure data protection, compliance, and responsible AI use

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or similar
Several years of experience in AI or digital transformation projects
Knowledge of AI technologies and Microsoft Cloud services
Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
Experience in requirements analysis, process optimization, and project management
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
