What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams across multiple squads.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Build and manage scalable infrastructure with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
• Support engineers with training, documentation, and guidance to embed DevOps practices.
• Optimize Azure cloud services for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Must live within commutable distance to London office and be comfortable with hybrid work (2 days onsite per week)
• Significant hands-on experience with Azure-based DevOps platforms at scale.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple environments and systems.
• Ability to mentor others and influence DevOps culture.
