What you will do

• Integrate the hirify.global platform into customer systems over approximately six months.
• Travel to customer sites to build relationships and liaise with developers.
• Act as backend expert and develop reusable components.
• Write high-quality code and run tests following Agile methodologies.
• Coach and train client and partner developers on the platform.
• Adapt to global work cultures and meet high customer expectations under pressure.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Hyderabad, India
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, Microservices, and integration frameworks like Apache Camel and Spring Integration.
• Up-to-date expert knowledge of enterprise software architectures and web technologies.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
• English: B2 level or higher required
