What you will do
- Set up and optimize Paid Social marketing campaigns aligning with acquisition and design strategies.
- Manage Paid Social budgets based on targets and objectives, improving platform account structure and performance.
- Execute and optimize multiple Paid Social campaigns across platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp, and Kakao.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize spending.
- Report KPIs to management via dashboards and ensure campaign alignment across multiple channels.
- Communicate with internal Commercial and Technical teams, ensuring visibility on work and results.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads or other social media platforms.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics.
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for Social Media and digital marketing with a growth mindset.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
