🚨 HIRING NOW – Head of Sales (Web3 / DeFi) – Remote
💶 $6,000–$10,000
📍 Location: Remote

🏢 Company: TeraHash — a global company developing Web3 and DeFi infrastructure solutions.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to drive global TVL growth, build partnerships with top DeFi ecosystems, and lead strategic initiatives across institutional and retail segments.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a global TVL acquisition strategy (institutional + retail)
• Develop partnerships with DeFi protocols, L2s, and infrastructure projects
• Structure deals with CEX/DEX partners, launchpads, and staking aggregators
• Create incentive programs, campaigns, and special projects for liquidity acquisition
• Represent the company at conferences, AMAs, and external events

✅ Requirements
• 5+ years in sales / business development / partnerships in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure
• Proven experience driving TVL / DeFi liquidity
• Strong ecosystem connections (Lido, EigenLayer, Aave, Curve, etc.)
• Understanding of staking, yield, and liquidity mining mechanics
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent English
