What you will do

• Partner with Research Scientists to translate multimodal generative AI theory into practical applications.
• Port experimental Python code to scalable, testable, and production-grade solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative model architectures and algorithms for multimodal design generation.
• Build sustainable ML pipelines that support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of generative models.
• Optimize and scale models for efficiency, latency, and throughput across large distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build aligned, technically feasible, and high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Deep experience developing generative AI models, including Diffusion Models, GANs, or Transformers.
• Experience managing and optimizing large-scale distributed training.
• Strong understanding of ML principles and experience with frameworks like PyTorch.
• Solid engineering practices, including clean code, rigorous testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
