What you will do

• Work with product managers and sellers to understand key value propositions and target markets, devising strategies to drive demand and increase close rates.
• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, content marketing initiatives, and build sales trainings/collateral.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all content.
• Oversee strategic product launches from beta through General Availability, ensuring targets are met.
• Enable sales teams at all levels on hirify.global’s value proposition and messaging.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform product development, pricing, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in Enterprise software and SaaS.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG.
• Deep understanding of large enterprises and their unique challenges.
• High level of technical acumen and understanding of complex technologies.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of conviction and diplomacy.
