Location: Remote (United States) or at offices in San Jose, CA, Draper, UT. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $184,700 - $230,900 USD (San Jose based role)

What you will do
- Architect and evolve the Product, Design, and Product Marketing operating model, including standards and frameworks for predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Govern and continuously improve the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from problem framing to launch.
- Introduce and scale AI-assisted processes to streamline execution, enhance decision quality, and automate manual workflows.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure rapid delivery without compromising quality.
- Lead critical cross-functional forums like quarterly planning and execution reviews to drive alignment and resolve risks.
- Drive adoption and effective use of Productboard, Figma, and other operational tools to create clarity and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or product-focused Program Management roles.
- Demonstrated success in building operating models, PDLC frameworks, or governance systems in high-growth software.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders (Product, Design, Engineering, Operations).
- Strong fluency in Productboard, Figma, and other operational tools.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and SMB customer needs, coupled with exceptional communication and strategic judgment.
