Workstream Lead (Systems Integration)

Workstream Lead (Systems Integration): Leading the delivery of the Airport Master Systems Integration (MSI) project with an accent on strategic alignment, stakeholder requirements, and regulatory standards. Focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, budgets, and timelines within the built environment and airport operational contexts.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Airport MSI program, ensuring system and stakeholder integration.
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, contractors, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee risk management, change control, and issue resolution processes.
- Facilitate program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Support procurement, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management within the built environment, preferably at airports.
- Proven experience delivering complex systems integration projects.
- Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2).
- Strong understanding of Australian infrastructure standards and airport operational environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with airport systems such as AODB, BHS, FIDS, CUPPS, and security systems.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in aviation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
- Ability to manage multi-vendor environments.
