What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Airport MSI program, ensuring system and stakeholder integration.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, contractors, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee risk management, change control, and issue resolution processes.
• Facilitate program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management within the built environment, preferably at airports.
• Proven experience delivering complex systems integration projects.
• Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2).
• Strong understanding of Australian infrastructure standards and airport operational environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with airport systems such as AODB, BHS, FIDS, CUPPS, and security systems.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in aviation.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
• Ability to manage multi-vendor environments.
