What you will do

Manage efficient, cost-effective end-to-end recruitment processes upholding employer brand and candidate experience.
Coach and influence hiring managers on recruitment best practices and diversity & inclusion.
Lead hiring manager briefings to define business needs and recruitment strategies.
Drive insight-led conversations using LinkedIn, iCims, Power BI, and other data sources.
Write compelling job adverts and ensure compliance throughout recruitment lifecycle.
Support internal talent mobility and contribute to process improvements and projects.

Requirements

Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Cluj-Napoca or Prague
3+ years experience in end-to-end hiring for engineering or technical roles.
Strong technical sourcing skills including Boolean search and talent mapping.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Data-driven mindset with ability to report recruitment impact.
Ability to manage diverse roles and stakeholders across multiple countries.
