What you will do
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar and schedule, handling urgent requests with attention to detail.
- Attend key meetings and track follow-ups and deliverables.
- Work with executives and their leadership team to create agendas and content for department meetings.
- Anticipate needs of the executive and proactively resolve administrative issues.
- Balance multiple daily tasks and business projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Organize and plan various internal and external meetings and events.
- Assist in executive team projects by creating presentations and managing project documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, and manage and reconcile expense reports.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of executive-level administrative support.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong business judgment and communication skills to interact with diverse people and job functions.
- High emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, sense of urgency, and strong prioritization skills.
- Flawless judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information.
- Skillful execution of administrative activities with high attention to detail, organization, and process.
