What you will do

• Onboard new publishers and traffic sources onto the network, including administrative tasks.
• Develop new vertical growth on supply channels for existing and upcoming offer verticals like sweeps, mobile apps, casino, gambling, leadgen, and dating.
• Manage dozens of existing publishers daily, handling communications, fraud prevention, contracts, and offer request approvals.
• Recruit new top-tier publishers through industry forums, emails, search tools, LinkedIn, and personal connections.
• Develop a communication plan for increasing brand promotion and awareness with affiliate partners.
• Manage and scale affiliate marketing budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager.
• Strong client management, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage and scale a portfolio of publishers.
• Thorough understanding of managing costs and budgets for internal and external activities.
• Experience with online intranet systems.
• English: B2+ required.
