What you will do
- Lead and develop a regional Renewals team focused on customer success and revenue retention.
- Guide the team through renewal opportunities, forecasting, negotiation, and closing renewals before contract expiration.
- Accurately forecast revenue attainment and team performance.
- Mentor team members to improve skills and knowledge of platform and renewal strategies.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to optimize sales processes and foster a culture of learning and success.
- Drive monthly and quarterly business updates and reviews.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore or Sydney
- 7+ years leadership experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Sales.
- 10+ years commercial experience in full sales cycle within high-tech/SaaS industry.
- 5+ years leading regional teams across APJC.
- Strong skills in forecasting, financial modeling, CRM tools, and executive negotiation.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
