What you will do

• Accompany the Go-To-Market team to understand customer needs and scope holistic fund administration solutions.
• Lead the technical aspects of sales cycles and partnership conversations, providing product and fund accounting knowledge.
• Interface with prospects and strategic partners to scope requirements and lead technical demos of hirify.global products.
• Provide product and technical financial expertise to drive meaningful progress towards a team quarterly revenue goal.
• Contribute to the hirify.global product roadmap based on in-depth prospect conversations.
• Provide technical coaching to the Go-To-Market team and support BD activities at partner seminars and events.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting or another relevant area such as corporate finance.
• In-depth understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit).
• A strong understanding of Venture Capital or Private Equity, ideally with regards to back office fund operations and fund administration.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in software products built to solve technical financial problems and engaging with prospective customers.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SAAS customer facing role.
• Experience in a Fund Accounting / Fund Administration role.
• Knowledge and experience of European Alternative Funds regulations.
