What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable code for complex software systems.
• Lead technical aspects of projects, including architecture and design patterns, and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure quality, and write automated tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design to deployment.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical and performance challenges.

Requirements

• Experience with GoLang is highly desirable, or expertise in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, or C#.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
