What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global's content strategy and roadmap for blog, thought leadership, and email programs.
• Write and edit high-impact content, including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and industry reports.
• Lead flagship content initiatives like the monthly newsletter and the "State of Agents" report.
• Manage the campaign calendar and ensure content strategy aligns with business priorities for product rollouts.
• Drive organic web traffic growth and own blog metrics, expanding SEO investments.
• Set content quality standards and enable cross-functional content creation across teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years in content marketing, SEO, editorial, or related roles at developer-focused or technical product companies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for developer audiences, with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Proven SEO expertise with a track record of driving organic traffic growth.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking content metrics and optimizing strategy.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ownership mentality, thriving in ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving results.
