What you will do

• Design accessible content solutions for onboarding, in-app education, transactional flows, and notifications.
• Apply information architecture methods to create scalable content frameworks.
• Audit, analyze, and create compelling UX content across product experiences.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to drive content tests and resolve content bugs.
• Develop a cohesive content strategy for loyalty and membership products.
• Communicate and negotiate content decisions with stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Location: United States, Texas, Austin
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX writing, content strategy, or related fields.
• 5+ years experience as Content Designer, UX writer, or Content Strategist.
• Strong skills in content auditing, analysis, and human-centered design.
• Ability to present and negotiate content strategies with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity and experience with emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering.
