TL;DR

Salesforce Engagement Manager (AI/Salesforce): Developing and managing customer relationships and overseeing project delivery for AI and Salesforce solutions with an accent on driving outcomes and identifying transformation areas. Location: Remote - United States (up to 25% travel for customer projects and company events)

What you will do

  • Develop, own, and manage customer relationships across the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful, quality delivery.
  • Act as a "thought leader" for customers, driving outcomes and identifying transformation.
  • Participate in customer sales cycles, focusing on scope, estimates, and staffing needs.
  • Smoothly transition customers from sales to project delivery, including SOW reviews and kick-off.
  • Ensure appropriate project staffing and manage staffing risks in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive internal initiatives in solution delivery capabilities and enterprise methodology.
  • Contribute at a leadership level and advocate for the hirify.global brand.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting experience with solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership.
  • 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams with 15+ team members.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Contact Center, Salesforce, or AWS-based solution design (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Amazon Connect).
  • Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery, solution mapping, scoping, and estimation.
  • Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across SDLC phases.
  • Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance.
  • Experience shaping and managing cross-functional solution teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience creating SOWs, LOE, and Change Orders.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive conversations and influencing decision-making.
